Private Sessions

One-On-One: custom – tailored yoga and meditation sessions to meet your interests and needs. 

These sessions provide an opportunity to enhance awareness, access personal insight, increase vitality and nourish confidence, courage and joy. Learn to release patterns of holding through mind-full breathing practices and gentle posture practice.

Sessions can be booked on a one time basis, or scheduled on-going. No experience is required, just willingness! Personalized attention translates into a unique session, catering to your particular needs. As awareness is the key to transformation, every session begins with grounding and breath. Breath is used as a bridge to awaken a felt sense of connection in the body.

Alexandra specializes in restorative yoga and spinal health in her yoga classes utilising the work of the BackMitra – An ingenuous foam strip created to support the re-alignment of the natural curves of the spine whilst aiding muscular tensions to soften and inducing the relaxation response and deepening one’s breath capacity.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions are designed for small groups. Semi-private yoga and meditation sessions are an excellent way to share the experience & benefits of yoga & meditation with friends or colleagues, while keeping the cost of each session down. You also add the motivation of a partner(s) to the knowledge and guidance you are already getting from your private teacher – plus it’s FUN!

You can create your own group for a one time group lesson; or gather a small group of friends to meet regularly. OR create a special class with your friends and family to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion. Get creative with it!

Practising with a group gives us a chance to develop healthy habits with friends, family or co-workers, and bring more mindfulness and respect to those relationships. Group practice offers a chance to inspire or be inspired by those around you.

I have had the privilege of attending Alexandra’s classes for over 2 years now, and I feel that I have greatly benefited from her Yoga guidance physically, mentally and spiritually.
